Installation & Setup

Follow these steps to connect your WooCommerce store with Apex POS.

Download the plugin

Click the download button above to get the latest version (1.3.0) of the Apex POS WooCommerce plugin.

Upload to WordPress

In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Select the downloaded ZIP file and click Install Now.

Activate the plugin

After installation, click Activate Plugin. You will see an Apex POS menu item appear in your WordPress sidebar.

Enter your API key

Go to Apex POS → Settings in WordPress. Paste your API key from the Apex POS retail The key starts with apx_

Configure sync options

Choose which data to sync: orders, inventory updates, and customer creation. Select your default warehouse and payment account.

Test the connection

Click Test Connection in the settings page. A green checkmark confirms your store is connected. Place a test order to verify full sync.
