Replace YOURSTORE with your actual Shopify store subdomain (e.g. myshop.myshopify.com).
Apex POS uses Shopify's standard OAuth 2.0 flow to securely connect to your store.
You visit the install URL with your store name. Apex POS redirects you to Shopify's permission screen.
Shopify shows you which permissions the app needs: read orders, write inventory, read products.
Click Install App on Shopify's screen. Shopify sends an authorization code to Apex POS.
Apex POS exchanges the code for a permanent access token. Your store is now connected.
Apex POS automatically registers order and inventory webhooks so sync happens in real time.
Configure your integration from the Apex POS retail
In your Apex POS panel go to REST API → Default Integration Settings.
Choose which warehouse stock should be deducted from when a Shopify order arrives.
Select which payment account Shopify payments should be credited to.
Choose the fallback customer for orders with no matching email in Apex POS.
Place a test order in Shopify and verify it appears as an invoice in Apex POS within seconds.
